Whether you're in the mood for a rich coffee or a hearty meal, News Café is a spot that guarantees a satisfying experience.

One of the standout features of this café is its welcoming atmosphere. The décor is simple yet elegant, with a mix of traditional Moroccan designs and modern touches. It's the kind of place where you can sip your coffee in peace while people-watching or settle in with friends to enjoy a long meal. There’s something special about the ambiance-soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a layout that makes it easy to feel at home.

News Café also shines in its menu offerings. The menu is a beautiful mix of Moroccan and international dishes, making it ideal for various tastes. From traditional tagines to fresh salads and hearty sandwiches, there's always something to satisfy every craving. I remember trying their famous chicken tagine, which was tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The richness of the sauce combined with the freshness of the vegetables made for a delightful dish that I would gladly return for. For lighter bites, their sandwiches are a hit, especially the grilled chicken sandwich, which pairs wonderfully with a fresh mint tea.

But what truly sets News Café apart is its coffee. Many cafes in Marrakesh serve coffee, but this place takes it to another level. They’ve mastered the art of brewing, offering a range of coffee options, from creamy lattes to strong espresso. It’s a perfect stop if you're a coffee lover, as they pride themselves on serving the freshest brews in town. On top of that, their selection of desserts makes a perfect pairing with any drink. Whether you're in the mood for something light like a chocolate mousse or craving a traditional Moroccan pastry, News Café has got you covered.

When it comes to service, News Café delivers. The staff is friendly and efficient, always making sure you feel welcome and well taken care of. The service here feels authentic, much like the city itself-warm and inviting.

Looking at the location, it’s perfectly situated for anyone exploring Marrakesh. The café is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it an excellent pit stop whether you’re visiting nearby attractions or just wandering through the streets. You’ll find that it’s easy to walk in off the bustling roads, grab a seat, and relax. It’s not too far from some of the popular spots in the city, so you won’t need to travel much out of your way to get there.

What’s great about this café is that it has a reputation for catering to both locals and tourists. This isn’t a place that feels too touristy; it has a sense of authenticity that makes you feel like you’re getting a true taste of Marrakesh. Whether you're a local or a visitor, News Café provides a wonderful mix of great food, excellent drinks, and top-notch service.

  • This is a great cafe to have meetings and work, especially in the hot days of summer and early in the day before it gets busy. The food is good and reasonably price and the staff is super nice. Although there is a no-smoking section, because it's not closed off from the smoking section and the best wifi signal is right next to where you walk into it, it does occasionally get too smoky. I would encourage management to discourage smokers from sitting right next to the no-smoking sign.

  • Absolutely amazing food and lovely service. If you’re staying for a longer time in Morocco you might find yourself in need to take a break from the local cuisine. This restaurant was great at providing just that experience, for a cheap price.

  • This is such a cozy and pretty place to eat. For dinner from 20:00-22:00 they also have a live band playing and singing, which creates an intimate ambiance. The food tastes good and the service is also fast.
